If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods by following this procedure:

1. Communicate your intention to return the item via email to [email protected], specifying your order number and the items you wish to return. If you have registered on the site, you can download the return request form;
2. The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
3. The products must be returned intact in their original packaging with all tags and shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt to: Miniconf Shop c/o Miniconf S.p.A. Magazzino Ferrantina 3, Via dell’Artigiano 69, 52011 Bibbiena (AR), Italy;
4. Miniconf reserves the right to refuse damaged and/or used items. The cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer, who is free to choose the preferred carrier for shipment. Only in cases of product defects attributable to Miniconf S.p.A. will the company consider covering the cost.

If a merchandise exchange is requested, the new product will be shipped only after we have received the original and verified its condition. The shipping costs for sending the replacement merchandise are covered by Miniconf S.p.A. Note: Some products are available in a single size/color/length. These products cannot be exchanged for a different size/color/length, etc. If the customer does not wish to make an exchange, a refund can be requested, which will be issued according to the payment method of the order or through a coupon code usable for a new purchase on Miniconf Shop.
